Greetings and welcome to the official website of the Omega Gamma Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.
I am honored to serve as President of Omega Gamma Omega Chapter. Chartered on December 12, 2015, our chapter has grown from 70 members to over 200 active members who proudly serve the Blythewood, SC and Columbia Northeast, SC communities. We are a diverse group of college educated women who exemplify sisterhood and honor our commitment to be Supreme in Service.
Under the leadership of our 31st International President, Danette Anthony Reed, the Omega Gamma Omega chapter enthusiastically implements programs under our sorority’s international theme Soaring to Greater Heights of Service and Sisterhood. Through our collective talent and skill, members of Omega Gamma Omega are creative in our implementation of our “Foundation Initiative”, Strengthen Our Sisterhood and the remaining five “Program Initiatives”:
- Empower Our Families
- Build Our Economic Wealth
- Enhance Our Environment
- Advocate for Social Justice
- Uplift Our Local Community
